Cats&Dogs 1: Kaggle API Configuration and Data Loading

This is the first video in the series of TensorFlow Framework (also applies to PyTorch Tutorial series) with Cats & Dogs dataset.
In this particular video, I engage in enabling API access of Kaggle and hence data loading of Cats & Dogs from the Kaggle Data Platform.
