February 2019 Could Be First On Record Downtown LA Did Not Reach 70 Degrees

At least there is proof that global warming/climate change could potentially be not man made. Although I would have liked to see the temperatures reach at least 70. Honestly, I did not like February's weather but it is better than detroit or nyc. And i'm a person that likes to wear shorts.
