Admiral Ozzel Hero Showcase AOTR 2.11.6

In this video I give a full description of the hero Admiral Ozzel inside the mod Awakening of the Rebellion from the game Star Wars Empire at War. Admiral Ozzel provides a week 1 starter however he comes with the bad admiral rank which provides a negative 10% combat bonus to all ships.

Definitely worth it. Free ISD alongside Vader; realistically 2 ISD's is enough and the rest of the fleet should be smaller ships. Not having to pay for that second ISD makes assembling an early breakout fleet far more easy.

Ozzel is a (good) garrison hero blocking any erly attacks by AI! And this is very important because if you lose Eriadu or Sullust the rebels get too fast access to the Duantless class cruiser.

Every Imperial player believes themselves to be an Admiral like Thrawn, or Piet, or Tarken, maybe even Lord Vader.
The more accurate description would be Ozzel.

I am reminded that the main reason he was put under Vader was both so an eye could be kept on him i believe
And neither Vader nor the Emporer thought he would be dumb enough to do anything under Vaders command

He has also been serving since the Clone Wars at least and uh
Is not even remotely a good commanding officer in any regard

Depends on play style for sure. I use the guy super heavy.

I'd rather build an ISD I, in new layout he spawns above Eriadu, so there is no more point to use him as a free ISD I in your early campaign
