For those of us that have herpes we know exactly how she feels. It’s painful, embarrassing, and feels like your life is over. The good news is that your first outbreak is usually the worst and you shouldn’t experience something like this again. Tell us about your first outbreak.

My hubby is a dentist. When I get/start to feel the itching indicating a cold sore breakout he gets the hand held laser and zaps the area. This stops the outbreak immediately!! Worked even on his assistants shingles outbreak on her back. Most dental plans in 🇨🇦 pay for the cold sore treatment.

I had it since a kid and mine are only ever 1 tiny spot that comes maybe once a year and goes in a week. This girl I feel so bad for because you can contract it and not even know and it doesn't mean she's a nasty person (even though she really does need to exfoliate)

Have an appointment and test this Friday and I’m kinda nervous that I have HSV-2. I’m a freaky person so it’ll suck to have to limit sex to when I’m not in an outbreak
