They look like Chabras, I've eaten them in the wild in Yelcho Glacier, southern Chile. Chabra Roja and Chabra Negra (Red and Black Chabra) grow in small (no bigger than 90 cm, around 3 feet) bushes at the foot of the mountain, the red being tartier and the black sweeter. Meanwhile the white variety grows between the pebbles in the glacier top hugging the pebbles in the ground like a small vine. When fully ripe the skin of the white fruit is semi translucid, and is sweet with a very mild and pleasant flavor.

I wonder how much of the flavor of domesticated fruits is due to selection or breeding. Possibly a lot: apples from trees grown from seed aren’t necessarily worth eating. Not just fruit quality: someone’s found a silver maple with unusually sweet sap, and clones of it are being planted for maple syrup production.

So if someone chose the trees of these species that bore the tastiest fruit, and cloned them, they might have a source of better fruit.

I appreciate your review!
I’ve been into Rare cold-hardy fruits for years now and I only just learned about this one, and now I know why lol.

Neat! I worried the white ones were poisonous so I am glad to hear they can be eaten.

Wikipedia agrees with you. Noting "The fruit of most other Gaultheria species is insipid in flavour and not extensively consumed.
".

still its good to have verification, because many people claim white mulberry, is insipid and I wholly disagree.

“People dont eat that maybe for a reason. Maybe they are tasty.”
Or maybe they are poisonous.

so why is your channel just named "weird explorer" not "weird fruit explorer"

It'd be helpful if you could type or display the Latin names of the fruit. I can't find them online, I'm probably spelling it wrong.
