Recently listed in Old Bullhead straight across the river from Harrah’s casino is a double Commercial lot for 118, 000 on Long Ave. between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Great investment, the only thing better is Commercial lots between 1st and 2nd streets on Long Ave. Reason? The City of Bullhead are building a commercial launch ramp with an outlet on Long and First streets, completion set for summer of 2022.

Harris is a must go.. you have access to the river so no need to even leave the hotel or use your car to drive.. follow the signs to where it says beach area.

I have to disagree with the Avi resort because I have been there and it was a dump truck there were bed bugs and it smelled like smoke I did not end up staying there so I went to Las Vegas

Jet ski businesses want to spread out. They need commercial property to store their jet skies. Better buy now before they grab everything up! The jet skies businesses are making BIG BUCKS and can afford to pay for more Commercial expansion in OLD BULLHEAD.
