Lol its not a bug its the built in feature in his ult

If you look closely Argus's ult actually activated two times. Which explains why the Cooldown gets halfed two times.

Check his adjustment, it says if argus doesn't take fatal damage during his ulti, the cooldown will be reduced by 50%

Sofir thos who are wondering in his build he has an item called fleeting time which makes the ults cooldown go 30%lesss if you kill or assist someone.and yes it can stack if you kill 5enemys your ults cooldown go to 2or3 seconds try it.

The bug here is that the ult was refunded twice... We know it refunds his ult but with this it's cd is comparable to a basic skill at lvl 1 only 8-12 secs

U hav to combo 2nd skill and ult immediately spam to activate
You must note that u should must have at least 1.81 attk speed higher attk speed harder to activate. This bug is hard to activate, aslo it reduces your ult cd twice instead of once

So for those who says that he use fleeing time and says it's part of the adjustment no it is not

His ult says that if he doesn't take fatal dmg during his ult the cd of his ult will reduce by 50% but the in the video it reduces twice as we can see in one of the clip it when he uses his ult the cd was 35 seconds then it reduces to 16s then reduce again to 8s so it is a bug

And for those who says fleeing of time ge already tested it in pratice range and he didnt kill the bot and it's ez to tell if the cd of the ult but reduce cause when fleeing time activities there will be a light blue glow on the ult so no it's not fleeing of time eithee
