Holy cow! This morning I was watching your video on MUTE because there were others in the room and I didnt want to disturb them. At 1:57 when you showed the carrots, I thought it was shredded cheese! When you dumped it in the boiling water I couldn't believe it! "Wow, Catherine has finally lost it!" My husband looked over my shoulder and patted me on the back. "Carrots?" he said. Oh, carrots.
