He didn’t spoil anything, it’s a marketing move to boost interest. They are desperate to mislead people, it’s why every trailer and promo material is 90% Batman.

Accidentally leaking who the Batman is at the end of the film that steps out of the car, THAT would be an accident. This was a marketing stunt. And if they announced that Ezra Miller was no longer flash moving forward, I might have bought my ticket already

Friendly reminder that if you can wait long enough (so maybe 3 months or so these days), your local library will probably get the movie and you can watch it for free rather than pay for a movie ticket if you don't want to directly support a movie.
