The hilt window lights won’t turn off. It makes me feel better that yours don’t seem to ether. Did they turn off for you?

Edit: Figured it out when powering down hold the button when the blade powers down the hilt lights will turn off if you hold the power button for a second or 2 longer

Apart from the sound, I think I absolutely love this saber as I think it is the most realistic darksaber out there! The hilt looks super accurate and looks exactly like the real thing! And the weight is heavy which I think is ever better as lightsabers in canon are actually heavy (only force users can wield it elegantly) The sound profiles themselves are quite accurate too! Oh and a rechargeable battery! I personally love this as a Star Wars fan and would definitely pick this up as I think this is the best saber hasbro has produced thus far!

How do you turn of the light up part off the hilt

Do you find that the activation button will occasionally turn on the 4 lil window lights separately from the blade? Mine seems be a tad finicky where I have to play with the button to get them both on simultaneously

Just discovered that there are three different power up sounds. I has a different light up effect. When you point the blade up that makes one sound, point the blade towards the floor for a different sound and one sound when you flick your wrist as if your about to hurl the hilt to the ground the lights and sound power on with more aggression. Plus the lights flicker. Try it!

Did you have any word on the Ashoka Tano lightsaber yet

I wouldn't be thinking "Canon" when it comes to the weight of the lightsaber. I'd think it's machined of heavy components to produce a black powerful plasma beam and how compact such a powerful weapon is. Like a handgun, compact but with weight. Plus Sabine did mention that it's heavy at first.

Mine is not in yet but even with all the bad I think it will be worth what I paid which is 250 USD or 343 Australian dollars.

I would pay $150 usd for the darksaber. I would only be using it for display but the sound vents would make that hard. And the electronics just dont seem worth it. Great video and might i ask what video editing software you use?

I’m still waiting to get mines … but my dark saber from galaxy’s edge is way louder than that . Wth is going on with the Ashoka fx we might not even get it !!!

The poor sound unfortunately enough to turn me away. Damn shame because as far as everything else goes, it’s solid.

But the poor Force FX sound now may actually make folks consider the Galaxys Edge one after all.

you can easily add a d-ring yourself with plyers. cut one end, open with plyers, close d-ring thru the hole and done. it's also screen accurate Moff Gideon rocked a D-ring
