Thanks Jodie and Richard. It was great to get your perspective on these issues. I'd be interested in getting your perspective on the idea of adding environmental clauses to state constitutions. Being that each state has vast and varied environmental issues, it might be more conducive to set requirements and regulations at state levels, rather than federal.

Can't help but wonder how different Sanders administration would have been, presumably as experienced, professional but more aggressive.

It’s such a shame the Republican party has become so indifferent to environment. Especially because they prided themselves on freedom & their natural lands. Instead they’ve gotten greedy, and greed is a moral and cultural issue. Law cannot change that I don’t think.
