How strong is Willow?! She got 3 buffs and is much better than she used to be! In this video we're going to unlock Willow and see how strong she is! I'm going to cover Willow's Gadget and Star Power, ans well as talk about how strong her mind control super is! We'll also talk about whether or not Willow is worth unlocking and upgrading!

Here's three things I found out about Willow's super:
- If she controls a seperated R-T, the legs stay on the opposite team which means the legs will damage Willow and R-T and probably the other people on Willow's team
- Jessie will heal her turret with the Energize star power when controlled
- Jessie will get damaged if a shot made when she was controlled bounces back and damages her when she's not controlled anymore

there's a funny interaction with a split R-T where his bottom half will actually deal damage to his upper half if his upper half is being controlled by Willow, so you can force R-T to do a bunch of damage to himself if he's near his base

Fun fact : Willow is the first thrower to have a super that cannot be thrown over walls.

I think the strongest part about Willow is probably her main attack, it's pretty easy to hit and deals a good amount of damage when it does. The only downside is that it's over time but that can work in your favor as well. Her super is interesting, and while it's definitely useful it can be a bit gimmicky at times, due to her having no trouble hitting her shots she does charge it up quite frequently so that does help. But it just seems quite situational. That's just what I think though, I could be wrong and her super could end up being very strong.

Something very interesting happened when trying to complete Willow’s unlock quest, is that if a enemy Willow used their super on another Willow while it’s controlling another brawler, causes them to unable to control that brawler.

For me she's been amazing in brawl ball, even when they have invincible shield u can still mind control them and score

See thats the problem with her super, since it has such short range, most of the time you will be left so close to the rest of the enemies that they could just kill you instead of fighting the controlled ally, if it was long range you could wreck havoc on the enemie lines without having to risk yourself

Her attack feels surprisingly strong, so she doesn't feel as reliant on her super as I expected. Def worth getting imo. Also, this doesn't really matter, but her attack animations and overall visual design is top 5 in the game for me, she literally summons an entire pond with her main attack.

Edit: I almost forgot about this, but running people into the showdown smoke is super satisfying

First i thought that willow was gonna be F tier, but I've played against a few maxed willows and she deals decent damage, and her super is op against brawlers like fang because she can also interrupt their super, to be honest i think that Kairos had the right call with the the A tier, even though i thought she was gonna be F tier

Willow has a glitch where after controlling an enemy brawler, she can see into them in a bush. Byron is also unable to kill the controlled brawler because he heals them instead.

With Willow, you need to think quickly when you use her super

You need to be willing to use gadgets more often, there were several games where no gadgets were used and I think that her gadget is quite strong, even if she only uses it as a “get off me” tool

Another buff Willow rlly needs is her super range- its ridiculously short for a brawler like her

I think there has to be some sorta indicator on when her super timer runs out. Maybe make the controlled enemy lose hp slowly like a timer would work really well. If that sounds OP, make the enemy heal back up immediately after the mind controlling wears off

I think willow super should be similar to genes because if she hits someone, she is pretty much guaranteed to be out in the open. Having a super like gene will give her protection from long range brawlers cuz she’s behind a wall, I don’t think that her width needs a buff but her range might just need an extra tile

Willows star power is really underrated, being able to slow reload every time you land a hit is really good for making sure the enemy can’t attack

Say your in bounty and your down some stars with a few seconds left. You could use willows super to take control of one of their brawlers and bring them back to your teammates so it’s a 3v1 pretty much guaranteeing you points
