• For iPad, Android, Galaxy Tab, and 'import PDF' apps (e.g., GoodNotes, Samsung Notes, Notability, Acrobat). I'm using Samsung Notes to demonstrate.
• New: Pages, 2 on 1 layout.
• I have included some example journal ideas if you're not sure what to write about. Your journal doesn't have to be perfect or neat. These days it's important to have somewhere to express your feelings, especially if you keep your thoughts to yourself. I made this journal so that you can explore what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. But, if it does seem overwhelming, please delete or skip sections you don't want to fill in. This is not a therapy tool by any means.
