🍴COCONUT SHRIMP & SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb large shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and deveined with tails left on
►1/4 cup all-purpose flour
►1/2 tsp garlic powder
►1/2 tsp salt
►2 large eggs
►1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
►1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
►Light olive oil, vegetable oil or coconut oil

I have never thought that making coconut shrimp at home would be so easy and delicious. My almost 7 year old loves dipping the shrimp in flour, egg and coconut shreds- she is now a pro! Another great recipe Natasha- thank you!

For those who wanna cook coconut shrimp as Natasha did, I guarantee that is a delicious recipe - I did last year after watch a video from Sam the Cooking Guy - but Both Natasha and Sam forgot one thing:

** the shrimps need seasoning **

I did the recipe at home and it was marvelous, but it will be even better if I did the shrimp seasoned with cajun seasoning or just salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard powder.

Made this recipe today for lunch, homerun, hit it out of the park. I cooked the shrimp in the air fryer 390 degrees, four minutes per side, lightly spraying each side with cooking spray. The sauce is an added delight. Excellent recipe Natasha, thanks for sharing.

Forgiveness in advance, this will be a long post. My dad LOVES seafood, last Fathers day I made a huge seafood dinner for him and the rest of my family, Which I used Natasha's Coconut Shrimp recipe as part of the dinner, it was a HUGE hit! My fathers birthday was this past weekend, My brothers and I decided to make a HUGE buffet style dinner for him. When we were deciding who should make what for the birthday dinner, my youngest brother shouted out, "CAMEO! YOU NEED TO MAKE THAT COCONUT SHRIMP YOU MADE ON FATHERS DAY"!!! I couldn't say no, I was locked in. 1 pound of the shrimp was NOT enough! It was the FIRST item that we ran out of. As football fans my father said I need to make this EVERY weekend for the rest of the NFL playoffs. Or at least as long as the 49ers are still in the playoffs. My adopted brother said it's some of the best shrimp he's ever eaten! And the sauce, I made the sauce AND served the shrimp with cocktail sauce. Everyone said YOUR sauce was better! Long story short, (Too Late) I cannot recommend this recipe enough! Thank you Natasha! This recipe and the sauce is part of MY clean plate club whenever I make it!

Nataasha its just awesome and outstanding delusions yammy receipe. hv made it today. i just felt if the size of the prawn is bit bigger thn the taste would hv been much yammy. well ths hs turned out sooo outstanding and really tasty starter. just as shrimo coctail is an appitizer its the same . wll go superb with white or red wine / Gin .

I made this last night and we all really liked them! My husband said they tasted just like what he had ordered at a restaurant called Elephant Bar, which now closed but used to be in California so he was really happy to get to eat this again. The dipping sauce alone is genius! We used the chili sauce alone as dipping sauce for other dishes I had made but adding the apricot preserve takes the sauce to another level! It offers perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet. Thank you!!!
