I really like the art direction in this, this is like the culmination of the ideas they had for Destiny 2 - the realm of the 9, the deep stone crypt, but that they couldn't dive into deeply because of time constraints

I was pumped to see it was Marathon, and flashes of Durandal, less pumped to see the direction they are actually taking it. I want a single player experience!

Cool that we're seeing a new _Marathon_ entry (and aesthetically I like what they're going for, in this trailer at least), but calling it simply "Marathon" is definitely baiting those who want to see a remake of the original, rather than an extraction PVP game. Hope Bungie isn't just chasing buzzword trends and actually has something interesting planned for this title. Or at least reach the narrative depths of the OG series.

Rebooting a classic IP as an extraction shooter is...a weird idea to say the least, but I like the aesthetics and little nods to the original.

I'm gonna remain cautiously optimistic about this one.
