I think it would have 2 forms, sitting and enraged. Its stats in the sitting form would be horrible but if it's oppenent has eyes its ability would transform it into its enraged mode doubling its attack and speed. Also if the opponent uses moves like miracle eye, baby-doll eyes, mean look, etc or has an ability like keen eye or compound eyes it activates enraged mode or if it's already in enraged mode it gives a attack and a speed boost.
