Unfortunately cancer is horrible and it changes you and your life from then on forever. I had major gap in being crystal clear. Chemotherapy also effects the brain. He knows he can't continue to serve in that position anymore. That's why he didn't handle it right because he most likely didn't have the capability to do it unfortunately. Been there and dont remember that after a chemotherapy treatment also.

Number 2 was not on the mainland. So that's okay for that individual to be on vacation?!. Did number 2 know that they were now number one. Yes there was a gap in the team didn't know. Unfortunately you are now not physically fit to serve in your position. I know the feeling to not be fit because of cancer. And there were gaps and you need to step down. The medication does not make you crystal clear. I to this day have no idea of how I behaved in such a manner that I could not even hear the story. They call it getting confused.
