Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. Maybe if you listen to this video again or over and over to help it sink in everything you need to know is explained, I know it's hard to understand because we don't do this as a routine as I was told do not use I am with these 2 words just pick them and repeat it like a mantra til you fall asleep also remember don't tell anyone what your doing til after you've received your desire or don't tell at all let others see your change let them comment, go back to video listen again.
