Good instructions but. Did you drill screws into concrete or you drilled holes first?

Do you pull out the shims after foam is dry, and fill the gaps with more foam?

did you foam the top of the window from the inside too? In the last part of the clip, it looks like it didn't have foam - just had the shims in place.

bro, how 'bout some anchors into the sides and bottom of the window? 2 up top and a can of foam is a joke and is NOT secure.
