Echt ein Super Bigband Swing von den 1940er Jahren 👍👍 Glen Gray kannte ich gar nicht. Danke fürs Posten

Love these old broadcasts. Singers today use a lot of technology to make them sound "good". Back then, it was the band, the singer and the microphone. They had to have talent.

Taken from the World transcriptions available on Hindsight and Circle. Great sound quality!

Well done, Glen Gray [the other Glen] with NoName Jive and he "threw in" a little Cole Porter[Something's got to Give] in the finish with a little funky Sax to close it out.
The man was far ahead of his time; he really 'smoked'.
This is the b st cut of 'No Name..." 'v heard yet.

GG's cuts don't sound so much like a piece as they do a "jazz jam session" with instrumental solos thrown in. Good stuff.!
