Martin Bormann Escape - A New Theory

I've uncovered new evidence that may point to an aerial rescue mission to snatch Martin Bormann out of Berlin on 1 May 1945. Also, I've found some hints in archival material that Hitler may have been murdered or at least helped to die on 30 April 1945, on the orders of Bormann in order to facilitate a timely escape from the Berlin bunker, which was threatened with imminent capture by Soviet forces. Intriguing questions, and I think a very interesting video!

The late war period in Europe has to be one of the most fascinating parts of that conflict. So many unknowns after 80 years. Great to get a light shone into its darkest corners. Thank you Dr Felton.

Fascinating story Dr Mark, I was born on 31St March 1945, further east, in what today is Polish territory. By April 29 I would have been in a 'Handwagen' with my Mother who was on her way to Halle on foot with a group of other Women all fleeing West.

A new theory on how Martin Bormann escaped the Fuherbunker? I never clicked on a video so fast.

Dr. Felton, your WW2 documentaries are more thoroughly researched than the insipid output from the History Channel. First class all around. Thanks for uploading! 😊

Out of the subject...but as a American Filipino, I asked my grandfather if he fought in WW2..which was met with silence.
Jump to 2018 while cleaning my late moms room...I found my grandfather's 2nd annual Baatan Veterans ribbon dated 1968.
I understand now, why he was quiet about the subject. I miss dearly.

Someone apparently dug up Bormann's skull, transported it to Germany, buried it where it would be discovered in a place plausibly close to his last known location - and didn't bother to clean off the red clay. Weird.

80 years later and we still don't have solid answers to these questions, theories, and conspiracies.

I glued a lot of aircraft in my youth, mostly WW2, dozens, the Storch was the most difficult to assemble. Thanks again Mark! Greetz from Groningen 🇳🇱

When the History Channel first came on my 80 year old grandmother used to call it the Hitler Channel, because they showed reruns of World at War, and other WWII documentaries. It always made me chuckle.

Lol, the swipe at The History Channel 🤣

It makes me wonder how many major historical events actually happened much differently than familiarly told and thought. That's why history is my favorite subject, there's so much drama and mystery, 1000x more than any show or movie.

The Stork is incredible. I saw it in person at a Florida air museum “Fantasy of Flight” near Orlando. They flew it for us, and it hovered like a helicopter in front of us.

On a business trip to Göttingen I met a Rheinhart Schwarz who was in the Waffen SS and captured by the Russians. They held him till 1955. An interesting character who told me some of the operations he was involved in. He fought in France against the Americans and later against the Soviets.

Unlike the History Channel, you put actual thought into your content. Thank you.

I could listen to this guy all day every day and still not get tired of learning from him.

I get a sad feeling when the video comes to an end.
