This week, I sat down with Richard Hillier, a talent veteran with extensive recruiting leadership experience across big banks like J.P. Morgan and fin-tech startups including Revolut and Airwallex. In 2020, he joined Airwallex London office as the first HR and helped scale the EMEA team from 10 to 100.
