✨ RECIPE ✨
1. Pour 1/4 cup condensed milk (use less if you don't want it as sweet) and 2 cups of whole milk and mix together.
2. Freeze the mixture overnight. My shaved ice maker came with molds to freeze them in, but if you don't have one, you can also freeze them in an ice cube tray.
3. Take them out of the molds and shave in the shaved ice maker. If you don't have a shaved ice maker, you can throw your frozen milk cubes in a food processor or blender and pulse until fine (make sure not to blend for too long or else it'll just turn into a thick smoothie/milkshake consistency). If you don't have either of those, you can also use a grater to shave them, it'll just take more time and work.
4. Top with your favorite toppings -- I did fresh cantaloupe, condensed milk and a sprig of mint for color! Mochi, pudding, boba, etc would be great as well. Enjoy 😋
