Why do ENTs continue to not help patients who are severely injured by unecessary aggressive and conservative turbinate/septoplasty surgeries? Why are these surgeries marketed in the first place? These are important organs that should not be touched unless there is a cancer or tumor yet ENTs continue to persuade patients into doing these procedures. Is there no ethics once the oath is taken?

OMG someone me an explanation what can I do. There days ago I was wearing ear buds and I had a pair of headphones on too. I think the headphones was pushing so hard against my earbuds that the next day I felt sore in one ear. As soon as I was about to go to bed on that day that it was sore. I started developing a really painful feeling. Next morning. My ear felt swollen. Everytime when I close my nose and blow with my mouth close I get a really sharp pain. Also sometimes when I burp it hurts so bad in my one ear. It's day three and it still feels like swollen. It even hurt when I pull my earlobe or stick my finger. I can bearly hear sometimes, and sometimes I can't. I am scared to go to doctor since all this Covid 19 started. Any help please 😭😭😭😭
