I own iPhone XS myself been using it for around four years. I felt a little bit of lag and hiccups hair and their, and then I went for a battery replacement because obviously my battery health was at 77% and when I got it back, I immediately felt a change in the battery capacity, holding the battery and also the smoothness somehow.

well now at this point i consider that price to performance ratio the xs is better purchase than 15 like the differences are milliseconds like the avg person doesnt need a 15 they can be well set even with an iphone 8

I’m so attached to my XS Max. even with using my GB at max capacity (i only ever have about 1-3gb free) storing 43, 000 pictures and bought in 2019, I never run into any issues.
I can’t stand the newer updated iphone cameras.
I’m on software 15.5 and the battery is not at its prime but i’ll forever love this phone

iPhone X review would be great although it’s on iOS 16 it would be very interesting to see its performance in 2024 and see if it’s worth upgrading

am the owner of xs max since release and replaced the battery 2 years ago. it works well, i run chatGPT without any issues. the main problem is the battery. 2 years later i am at 84% and it feels like it is not enough for a full day. i wind up carrying a charger with me just in case. also occasionally it will stop charging and require reboot to fix that. this issue came up after iOS 17 update. Battery is the main reason I considered upgrading this year, but really I should hold off another year until 17 Slim comes out. If rumors are true, it is just want I want from the phone, no bulky camera and light (hopefully cheaper than pro).

I had the iPhone 15 but it got destroyed on the last fire I was on. I got the XS Max now since it was the only phone I had lying around and it’s honestly not to bad of a downgrade, only thing I really miss is the 0.5 zoom in the camera
