Finally they showing a real juco not one wit dorms where half the roster is former d1 players in the middle of nowhere... Lot of these guys work jobs, got kids, commute on top of trying to get a scholarship

Coach Beam! I had him for 10th grade PE at Skyline! I was always overweight and I tried my best to beat the running test(ridiculous time. 7 mins to run a mile). I didn't stop and powered through and failed the time. Coach Beam said he loved how I gave my best and gave me an A for the semester.

Only discovered this series three weeks ago and I got hooked. They're doing a serious disservice to everyone by not giving Laney a second season. This definitely was a more accurate portrayal of JUCO football and gave a better look at what it's like working through different types of adversity trying to try and better themselves as players and people. Imo, this was their best season and coach Beam was probably one of the best coaches they profiled. Give Laney that second season!

Really became one of m'y favorite Netflix programs when Season 1 came out. Can't wait for this Season and i'm sure i'll still be hooked when it will be about basketball

FINALLY!!! Last Chance U got it right. This was the best season by far! We didn't have to put up with lame side stories with guys thirsty for camera time. This season had real life problems that I witnessed when I played at Oklahoma State University and had many team mates go through the same issues... if not worse. No over the top primadonnas this year. Trust me... EVERY guy on a team thinks they're going to the Pro's but these guys truly did just want to have a better world and life. Fantastic job Netflix and Last Chance U!!!

As a public school teacher in the back country of Hawaii, this series on Laney touched home on every level. Grew up in the Bay area as a Pacific Islander back in the 90s, so the gritt and raw reality of these players made my heart hurt and swell with pride. Nu'u👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 fa'afetai lava for being that role model for the younger Poly players who will come after you (glad you learned not to plagiarize--I teach English🤓). Your aiga is beautiful.
