MiniToon is a role-model for developers on the platform. He's learned and apologized for past mistakes, doesn't add hundreds of microtransactions into his games, consistently interacts with his community (rarely does a week go by where he doesn't reply to anyone on twitter), and does everything out of passion. I've seen some people argue that Piggy is a cash grab and all of that junk, but if they actually bothered to learn about the man then they would take back the things they've said tenfold. Piggy's quality may not come nearly as close to games from professional development studios, but it just goes to show that you don't need 100+ workers to make a successful game and leave your mark on the platform for the better. The world would be a much better place if it had more people like MiniToon, end of story.
I liked the video a lot! Well documented and articulated, and the editing definitely shows how much effort went into it.

the thing about piggy is that everyone new mostly look at it's surface, as someone who played that game since it's early stages, I can see why. I would love to go into detail about what I mean, however I don't feel like writing a long essay right now but I can say this quote "I came from the fame, and I stayed for the story"

Containment breach only gains when the staff host a event in it, it even has a wiki and you can find some custom versions of entity’s and characters and weapons on the wiki.

As an Og of piggy, I am happy to be in the community 3 years ago because many switched to doors and many other games, Piggy was my whole childhood..

Main reason people say piggy was better than rainbow friends, doors or even book 2 piggy, was simplicity. Book 1 was so simple on the gameplay but the storyline was beautiful. Now an uncosinstent dev (rainbow friends) and doors just got too popular on the first chapter. Piggys popularity took time and lockdown has a massive say in this. Just like tower of hell.

Actually roblox didn't allow minitoon to add dlc codes to piggy, so he got a developer that made piggy hunt (it released on steam ) that game kinda died and nobody is playing it so the dlc codes are pretty much useless.
