Part 2:
You blush and run off. Cedric follows. "Y/n, wait!" He says.
He catches up to you as you stop running. "I'm sorry, Ced. I really like you, but that was... a lot to find out all at once. I'mnot ready." You say.
He grabs your hands. "It's okay. I'll wait for you."
Over time, you become really close woth Cedric and Harry. When the Goblet of Fire spews both of their names, you have mixed feelings. Should you be happy for them? Should you worry about them? You decide on both.
The first task, you cheer for Cedric. You help him figure out the second task. You help him and Harry wherever you can. By the time the third task comes around, you and Ced had flirted almost every day. You were planning on asking him after the maze if he wanted to go on a date.
When Harry came back with Cedric's dead body, you had a mental breakdown. "He was waiting for me. I missed my chance. I waited too long." You say in between sobs.
