I put little faith in polls of any kind after the last 5 years. Small sample sizes, IP locking is useless for online polls with how easy it is to change IP addresses so a person or bot can answer the poll multiple times. So the approval ratings- how accurate are they? IMHO- I don't consider the accuracy to be very high. We already know how much influence botnets can have on anything online, and phone polls can be manipulated almost as easily.
