One premier inn in London I stayed at they tried to put me in basically a broom cupboard virtually no natural light and freezing cold soon got another room after telling them I would go to another hotel if I was not given a different room

Just another tip for Premier Inns! They have 2 types of pillows! (I mean should!) A soft and a hard so if yours is too hard try to ask for a softer one! :)
