Middle school left me a trauma of classes

I was not bullied but in my head it felt like I was

I honestly was friends with everyone all the kids in my classes knew me and well I was an extrovert but recently when I would be in class going infront of the class and sharing projects or being the one to talk left me a trauma

I felt like people judged me or they were laughing at me I was so scared that it made me stop going to class honestly I would go but only for some days when I didn’t had to present anything made me relax a little but I didn’t knew it was gonna affect me now in high school

Cuz now I can’t go to class I feel so scared and nervous even if the teachers putted me in a small class where theirs less students I still feel very scared and I don’t wanna disappoint my parents but I just feel scared I don’t know how to get rid of the feeling of knowing that people will judge you or that they will bully you


I’m scared of classes for some reason if theirs a tip to get rid of this feeling please tell me because I don’t wanna skip class I want to go and make my parents proud 💗🫶🏻✨
