Tobias H Tröger (Goethe-University Frankfurt Lawfin, the Leibniz Institute Sustainable Architecture for Finance (SAFE) and ECGI) presented on the topic, "VC And European Corporate Laws: Bargaining in the Shadow of Regulatory Constraints", followed by a discussion from Andreas Engert (Freie Universität Berlin and ECGI) and Frank Vogel (Vogel Heerma Waitz Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Berlin).
