Taking a quick preview look at, and sharing some thoughts about, the Mirage 2000C-S4 event vehicle reward from the "Winter Extreme" 2023 stars event.

I'm currently grinding this, I think this might be one of the first jets from these events that's worth keeping

People should get this but hold it for a year while it's price goes to like 100+gjn then sell it next year to buy premiums during sales

3:50 I've been playing the A-5C which also has access to these, and lemme tell you... It is in fact a pretty good missile but not that long ago they really nerfed its flare resistance. I do remember it ignoring them a fair bit in the past, but nowadays if your target pops even one or two flares it will go for those instead (unless they are a fairly hot target and fly completely straight and parallel to the missile while flaring).

I recently went back to fly the (spaded) 2000C-S5, and the first match I flew out in it after not using it for months I got a 4 kill game...and randomly beyond all chance and expectation I got a trophy Talisman....for the 5F. I just wanted to say hang in there and get good with with 2000s and the Snail will grace you with holy talisman relics.

This will be my first, and for the forseable future only top tier jet, once i get it. I am mainly an early to mid tier jet enjoyer, but having a taste of top tier and being able to go top tier with my friends will be probably very fun. This event is also a good way to get RP into the F8U-2 for me, as the way im getting the score is by launching all 114 FFAR rockets from my Skyray into a base in Sim or RB, 1.4 to 1.6k score in total per bombing run

Absolutely redeeming this one. Currently on the Mirage F1CT—which conspicuously lacks guided a-g ordinance—and while I enjoy the F1, I’m too lazy to play through the F1C proper to get to the Mirage 2000C-S5. I’ll do it eventually, but I’d like an early taste of the 2K first!

Copy of the 5 variant just has less countermeasures.

This happens the be the jet ive been using to grind to the mirage 4000. radars not great but does really well when firing missles from a head on or the side.
