They are privately owned! Don’t take out taxes from my check to further serve US corporate interests more than you already do, especially oil and gas companies! They’re choice to invest in protection is their business risk, but they know the government will accommodate any miscalculations (ex. 2008 financial crash). United States of Corporate Socialism and the impoverishment of the working class.
