I have purchased the upgrade license of CUBASE PRO 11, but the upgrade was not successful, and the license of My CUBASE PRO 10.5 disappeared when I maintained the eLicenser Control Center, which has been in this state for the past two days, leading to my inability to work normally. Is there any way to solve this problem? Are there any follow-up compensations?
