You might be wondering if you could climb Mount Fuji in the off-season. But what is it really like to hike Mount Fuji in the off-season?

Climbing Mount Fuji has been one of my ultimate goals in Japan. I've always been looking at it from afar when hiking other mountains in the Kanto Area.

Now, since I've got an opportunity to climb it off-season. I didn't hesitate to take it.
In this video, I'll share with you how I hiked Mount Fuji in the off-season.

Mount Fuji is located on Japan's largest island, Honshu. It has an elevation of 3,776m or 12,389ft and is Japan's tallest peak. It is a dormant volcano with the last eruption taking place in 1707. Unlike other famous high-elevation mountains in the world, Mt. Fuji is not part of a large mountain range. It stands alone, in all its magnificence. It is arguably the most perfect volcanic cone in existence and is often portrayed in art, literature, and religion.
