I think this tattoo is fucking badass. Usually, blackout tattoos are meant to cover up old tattoos that you’re either sick of or regret getting. Nothing bad about it at all. And his looks phenomenal. People need to find better things to do, like take care of themselves, work a job, save up for that one thing they really look forward to and achieve it, rather than pick at other people because they are just that fucking miserable.

"Black" is a colour, not a race or even a culture. Notice that MGK's tattoo is actually black, so does not mimic anyone's skin tone.

Blackout tattoos are not blackfishing. It's art that focuses on the use of negative space to create patern and depth, using a minimalist blocking technique to create the negative space itself. It has nothing to do with race, and the people using it aren't trying to change their or effect their race in any way. I have no idea where the tattoing technique originates, but it does remind me of some block printing and dying techniques from Asia.
