Just got my slow 'n sear for my 22" weber. This winter i'm using my WSM w/ PBC hanging gear for all things I can hang and my new S 'nS on my 22" for everything else and my 14" weber for fish and grilled burgers. Can't wait to do the chuck roast.

Picked up one of these from being neglected in someone's backyard for $25. Cleaned it up its a sold 8/10 condition wise at minimum. Hell it came with a full barrel of coal and the way its priced nowadays, I basically paid for the coal and the grill was free. Whats funny is the guy I bought it from had just got a traeger and was all gung-ho about it. I think he will grow to realize that he should have kept the performer, or at least asked for a lil bit more than $25.

Love the beginning when you trim the ribs up! The vintage grill is an awesome score, most old grills to go to rubbish. Thanks

Just bought mine yesterday they're hard to find but these are built really well. How do you get the tank off?

Great video. I also have the same grill. Use it every summer here in Chicago. I need to replace the propane regulator hose. Do you know of any source or replacement for this part? Any help would be very much appreciated. I've been starting the fire with charcoal lighter. Want to get back to the original. Thanks.

Nice pickup on that pit Brian. Ribs aren’t an exact science. At least you know what you’re doing and they looked excellent

Those ribs look great! I have a almost twin to your green SSP. I had two red SSPs, one with the starter, one without. I gave the one with the starter to my daughter's fiance.

The other, well, a grillfella in WKC wanted a particular date code year to match one of his kids, and my SSP red matched. I removed and sent him the red kettle, and he sent me a green that he had stored in his garage. Beautiful either way.

I have never seen the stainless version. I’m jealous only having the plastic one.
