These guys are definitely one-year-wonders!

When you think of the biggest “one-year wonders” in NFL history, you think of guys like Derek Anderson in 2007, Ickey Woods in 1988, Don Majkowski in 1989, and Peyton Hillis in 2010.

But based on what we’ve seen thus far? These 10 active NFL players look like they’ll eventually join the one-year wonder club.

What about Vic Beasley. Dude fell off the earth after his 15.5 sack season in 2016 that helped Atlanta reach superbowl 51.

Case Keenum 2017 Vikings season. He was fantastic that year, but has never found success since

Minshew deserves another chance, his 2020 season was a product of the Jaguars tanking for Trevor Lawrence.

I'm not sure I agree with the Arik Armstead one. He may not have recorded a ton of sacks recently, but he is productive in other ways like taking on double teams and freeing up space for guys like Nick Bosa who was way better this year when Armstead was in the lineup versus when he wasn't. Armstead is also very good against the run was dominant and a key factor in the 49er's playoff run in 2021 when they reached the NFC title game against the Rams

You know, for a number of these QBs that one year/quality back up role has them all set for life. I think it was either Corso or Coach Holtz who once said if your Backup can go .500 while he's out there, you're doing ok. And that's what a number of these guys have and will be for years

The downfall of Carson Wentz has been a bit depressing to say the least.. So much potential, but he has never been the same since his ACL injury and Nick Foles took Philly to the promise-land.

Now that Jalen Hurts is balling out and had an MVP caliber season, I’m sure Wentz confidence is at en even lower point..

Being in sacksonville 16 tds and 5 picks ani’t bad

Sammy Watkins is the biggest surprise for me. He was great in college and seemed like a sure fire pick.

For a team that had literally 0 weapons on offense, 16 TD's to 5 picks isn't bad at all.

seeing sammy look so sad makes me sad man. i remember being younger watching him torch dbs in college thinking he was gonna be the next big thing. it sucks his career has gone the way it has. i’ll always be rooting for him tho he’s one of the players i’ll always have a soft spot for.

Honestly this goes to show just about every nfl player is talented since they made the league but not everyone can adjust to ups and downs, and some guys can’t recover from injuries while others shake it off like they never happened.

I'm gonna laugh when minshew gets another shot at starting somewhere (LV/TENN/HOU/ARI) and killing it. Hes a solid qb who protects the ball.

This list proves that you can't underestimate anybody in the NFL. Because most of the breakout years by those guys are because they were underestimated but couldn't keep up the production when they were focused on.

Remember back when people said Mitch trubisky would have a drew Brees type career after joining Pittsburgh, who could have possible guessed that Mitch would end the season on the bench😮
