In this video I take 15 minutes to take the MasterMap data into AutoCAD Civil 3D and convert it for use in Infraworks. The CSV data is linked via ODBC and joined to buildings.
Once in Infraworks I also use the expression editor to randomise the building styles with a bias for Brick coloured facades and then take it one step further and create a subset of the buildings, using formatting conversion options within the expression editor, to select just the small buildings and put on a pitched roof.
