iPhone X/XS/XR: How to FIX Black Screen, Won't Turn Off/On/Reboot, Stuck on Apple Logo

This video saved my life during the isolated life of coronavirus "shelf in place"! I got black screen, and searched many YouTube without fix for me. Finally, I got this one. I don't usually comment on YouTube videos but my Iphone Xs Max was turned on but as soon as I unlocked it to go to the home screen, there was just a black screen. You could still see the little line at the bottom so you could tell it was on. I didn't know how to hard restart it but I'm eternally grateful that you showed how because it worked with my phone. my lock screen was turning on, but when I would unlock it the homescreen was completely black with the little bar at the bottom. I couldn't open any apps but when I would pull the top right corner the control thing would show up, everything else but my home screen and apps were working!
