God is so good! We have been blessed with great garden weather and rain so the plants and trees are growing tremednously! We're excited to take you on a tour of our 12 acre homestead in Alabama where we are growing food for our family of 7...by God's grace!

I bet if you grow Milpero Tomatillo, a purple/green Tomato Tomatillo, it would grow in abundance. Its a tart sweet tomato used in stews, Salsa's, Soups, Enchilada sauce & even some salads. Mexican Green Onion are much larger than the regular good green onions. Very tasty in just about everything, from Salads, Salsa's, Soups, fried rice, white rice with chopped to mince green onion on top upon serving while hot, oh soooo much. Mexican Oregano, Marjoram, Tamarind Guaje seed is delish roasted for a healthy snack or a Salsa with Milpero Tomatillo. The Green Tomatillo is great for all green Salsa's, Suiza Enchilada Sauce, soups, Chile Verde which is made with Pork....so good too. Ya'll have similar Spring/Summer climate to Mexico. Fruits, herbs, veggies always do beautifully with humidity & I recall Alabama is quite humid. I just learned that bugs grow big bc of humidity.
