High to Low Cable Chop – Facing Away

The logic that applies to the two-point cable rotation can also be applied to diagonal cable chops. In fact, cable chops, done low-to-high or high-to-low, from all three positions relative to the cable (standing perpendicular to a cable column, away from it, and facing it), is a more comprehensive approach given that each position makes up for an aspect of torso rotation missed by the other two stances. – Nick Tumminello
