You can be tall af and put on muscle but the problem is that it is very difficult to have an aesthetic physique that flows well if you are over about 6'3-6'4, it can be done but will require a ton of work and even then often times it doesn't look as good as someone who is like 5'11, this is why most mr. O are under 6 foot

It's crazy how height affects your gains man. My friend has been helping me for over a year get into shape. He is 5'9 and I'm 6'5, we were both around the same body fat starting off but the results I had were far different. He packed on muscle so much more easily than I did. But that made me realize it's not really about comparing and contrasting, it's about being fit, living longer (hopefully), and having fun while you're doing it.
