Devs cant be bothered to fix this. There are thousands of people who get this problem and the devs have zero solution other than to check your firewall. Doesnt seem to work for anybody on the forums (hundreds of comments). Its a problem on the devs end

Don't know if it has anything to do with it but I have "Set time zone automatically" option grayed out
