Fair point to make is that Larry Brown already dealt with Allen Iverson so I can bet he could have dealt fine with Carmelo

'04 Pistons won in his rookie year, so that's one automatically. '05 they went 7 with SA in a very low scoring series that could have gone either way. Melo definitely could have made the difference in that one. '06 lost to Miami, again needed some scoring punch. '07 lost Ben Wallace, so it's doubtful they would have beaten SA without him. By '08 they were finished. So one for sure, two very strong possibility and maybe three, but also Larry Brown left after '05.
