The Scandinavians really ought to make more series about Viking history. I've heard a lot of complaints about series like Vikings from Scandinavian people but they never offered something better. I would love to see some series based on the Snorri Sturluson books, for example.

Just finished watching this as someone who loves werewolf movies this was way better than I thought it would be. Especially for what is Norway's first foray into this subgenre. Was honestly super impressed with the rendering of the wolf. I was kinda worried it would look like teen wolf. The one thing I didn't like was the weird pacing and some of the characters are just thrown in for no reason other than brief exposition

Watch it! I didn't even watch the whole trailer. Any werewolf movie I'll give a shot but let's be honest, most of them are garbage. I expected this one to be trash as well. Its not! Its actually half freaking decent. Actually it's more than decent. Its good. I enjoyed it.

I just watched the movie and I think it was pretty good. I especially liked how the producers kept close to the European werewolf myth: not a bipedal wolfman but instead a huge, beastly, extra gnarly looking wolf. Especially because they even seemed to jab at that overused version of the werewolf for a moment. And despite the obvious cliche points in the movie, I didn't think it was predictable.

I had extremely low expectations when I sat down to watch this today on a very overcast & gloomy Saturday afternoon. What a pleasant surprise this movie is. The script, casting, performances & special effects where all very good and zero woke messaging. That's more than I can say for the entire phase 4 Marvel offerings. In fact, the special effects where far superior to any recent Marvel film so I recommend this highly!

I have to say this is a pretty good movie. A lot of werewolf movie seem to romanticize it but this one sticks to what a werewolf is...a vicious beast that kills people. The CGI is probably not the best but the beast is pretty vicious looking.

Norway has put out some great movies and Viking Wolf is one of them the English dubbing is outstanding and one of the best on Netflix. If you like dark humor very dark Tarantino's hateful eight like " the Trip" is a fun sick movie, but not for the kids.

I love werewolf movies and was an aficionado of Lon Chaney who was the master of wolf movies. His quivering innocence coupled with his fierce monster made it a classic. I’ll have to see this one hopefully it’ll bring back memories of the true horror monsters who gave us chills from long ago!
