I lost my husband to cancer 5 months ago. He had been a true gift from God after losing my first husband to heart disease. I can testify, Jesus IS the anchor for our souls. We can trust Him no matter what happens in tbis life. John 1:18 tells us that Jesus came not only to give eternal life, but to explain God to us, & that He, Himself IS God. The cross speaks eloquently of who our God is. A love we can hardly wrap around to understand the height, the depth, the breadth of it. But there He is. God showing us the Father. Hallelujah!.

One thing I can say, God is always good and merciful. For the past 1 decade I have been backsliding against christ. I remember one day as I walked home, I was close to losing my life in an accident.
