Another, smaller election, that is also happening on Sunday, is the state parliament election of Bremen in Germany. Its result may change the majorities in the Bundesrat, which is a parliamentary chamber of the federal legislative, so if the conservatives win in Bremen (which would be very surprising and a historic first within the last seventy years), it may be worth reporting for TLDR.

What allows anyone to fly is a easement. That the FAA coordinates, so you don't have to negotiate with hundreds or thousands of landowners.
And the FAA really does not like it when planes are left without pilot for no good reason.
