Honestly I think him loving animals made him a more likable character than the comic book version of him. When you're trying to bring a character that is a villain to life and make it the protagonist of a film you have to make them more likeable otherwise people will not like the movie or they won't like the character which makes them less likely to see a movie or possible sequels, so it makes sense that they added things that would make Kraven a more likeable character. Personally, as a comic book fan, I don't care if comic book movies are completely accurate to the comic books because comic books across many different universes in the series of comic books each character can be different and they're small and sometimes major differences between each version of the character so the way I see it is it could just be another Universe version of that said character and I don't mind it.

I myself loved kraven in spiderman 2. Perfect villain. Wish he stayed longer before venom ate his head tho

I personally really like the movie, and I love the fact that he is an animal lover versus an animal killer. The movie has a good feel to it as well, more like the classic Marvel movies and not the new PG movies with corny jokes.

I was skeptical about the movie. But completely blown away from how good it was. Yeah there were parts like in any movie I didn’t like. But overall a great movie and good to see a not well known comic book character get some screen time.

Not going to lie I liked there spin on Kraven, I personally prefer this Kraven movie over Deadpool&Wolverine😤not everything has to be spot on with the comic🎉and I used to read a lot of comics, my first comic was Captain America the civil war series which I loved❤I really enjoyed this version of Kraven🎉Marvel for the “W”🫡sorry comic heads.

The film flopped because it wasn't accurate to the comic kraven, not because it was terrible. I can understand people not wanting to watch it because its not what they expected, but i feel like the film is over-hated

Yep. It was entertaining. Who cares if it made perfect from comics or not. Even Lord of the rings or His dark materials, and many others were not 100% adaptation from the book. If you like the movie you like it for the way it was made. I hated Madame Web but i liked all Venom movies. I don't know why, but Sony gains so much hate in the last few years.

The story line was a little lacking, but the movie was entertaining. Looking forward to watching Kraven 2.
